How We Can Help

Product Questions

Avoriqen offers office desk supplies and stationery, including staplers, mouse pads, folders, stickers, and related desktop accessories.

For questions about a product’s dimensions, materials, compatibility, available options, or included items, please provide the product name or a link to its page so we can identify the correct item.

Order Support

For assistance with an existing order, please include:

Your order number or other proof of purchase.
The name and email address used at checkout.
A clear description of your question or request.
Relevant photographs if your inquiry concerns a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or card security codes.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to the United States.

If you need help tracking a shipment or reporting a delivery issue, contact us with your order number and tracking number, if available.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change an address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate your request before fulfillment begins. Once processing or shipment has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 180 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

The return period begins on the delivery date, not on the purchase date or the date you contact customer service. For items delivered separately, each item’s return period begins on its respective delivery date.

To request a return, email service@avoriqen.com within this period. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Eligible returns qualify for free return shipping under our Return & Refund Policy.

Please contact us for return authorization, the designated return address, and shipping instructions before sending any merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Provide your order number and a description of the problem. Where available, include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If photographs cannot adequately show the issue, we will discuss another reasonable way to assess it.

We will review the information and assist with an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy.
