1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of avoriqen.com and purchases made through our online store.

Avoriqen is operated by Yangjiang Sabukong Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in China. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean this company. References to “you” and “your” mean the person using our website or purchasing our products.

We offer office desk supplies and stationery, including staplers, mouse pads, folders, stickers, and related desktop accessories. We currently ship only to the United States.

By placing an order or using website features that require acceptance of these Terms, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate and current order and contact information.

If you create an account, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. This does not make you responsible for activity resulting from our failure to meet our legal obligations.

3. Product Information

Please review the relevant product page before purchasing, including the description, dimensions, materials, available options, compatibility information, and included items.

We aim to present products accurately. Lighting and screen settings may affect color appearance, but this does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description.

Accessories or decorative objects shown in photographs are included only when expressly listed in the product description.

Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product. Contact us if you need clarification before use.

4. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

We will not impose an additional charge requiring your agreement without disclosing it and obtaining that agreement.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. It does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation confirming dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, an unresolved payment issue, a material listing error, delivery restrictions, or reasonably suspected fraud, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the affected merchandise.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify an order.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorized to use your selected payment method.

Payment is subject to authorization and processing by the applicable payment provider. We may be unable to process an order if authorization fails.

Please do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords by email.

Our store uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform. Your purchase agreement for products sold by Avoriqen is with our operating company, not with Shopify.

7. Listing Errors and Corrections

If we discover a material error in a price, description, or availability affecting your order, we will contact you and explain the proposed correction.

We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If you do not accept the correction, you may cancel the affected merchandise and receive a refund of the associated payment.

This section does not permit us to disregard an accepted contract or mandatory consumer rights.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to the United States. Address eligibility and available shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

Order processing and estimated transit times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Processing time is separate from transit time, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. We will obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Handover to a shipping provider does not remove our responsibility to address delivery problems under applicable law.

9. Cancellations and Address Changes

For cancellation or address changes, email service@avoriqen.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will attempt to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

If an order has shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery. This does not restrict rights arising from our failure to fulfill an order as required by law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 180 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

The return period starts on the delivery date, not on the purchase date or the date you contact customer service. For separately delivered items, each item’s period begins on its respective delivery date.

For change-of-mind returns, items must generally be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Stickers and adhesive products must remain unapplied with their original backing intact.

Personalized or custom-made items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase. These conditions do not prevent claims concerning damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products.

Eligible returns qualify for free return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Contact us before sending merchandise. We will provide authorization, the designated return address, and shipping instructions. The company address above is not an authorized return destination unless we specifically confirm it in writing.

Returned items are normally inspected within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may need additional posting time.

11. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Items

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs where available. If photographs cannot adequately show the issue, we will discuss another reasonable assessment method.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Approved return shipping arising from a defect or our error will be covered by us.

Our voluntary return conditions do not shorten mandatory consumer rights.

12. Permitted Website Use

You must not:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Submit false order information or unauthorized payment details.
Access another person’s account or personal information without authorization.
Introduce malware or interfere with website operation or security.
Infringe intellectual property or other lawful rights.
Submit unlawful threats, harassment, or other prohibited content.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, security risks, or a material breach of these Terms.

Access restrictions do not remove obligations concerning accepted orders, refunds, or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Intellectual Property

Website text, logos, graphics, photographs, and other protected content are owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. Website use or product purchases do not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms restricts uses permitted by applicable intellectual property law.

14. Reviews and Customer Content

Reviews must reflect your honest experience. You must have the right to submit any photographs, text, or other content you share.

For content submitted for public display, you grant us nonexclusive permission to reproduce, display, and format it for that purpose. Unrelated advertising use of identifiable customer photographs requires an appropriate legal basis or separate permission.

We may moderate spam, unlawful material, exposed personal information, and content unrelated to the product. We will not remove a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information, together with applicable privacy rights.

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing or nonessential tracking where separate consent is required.

16. Third-Party Services

We use service providers for functions such as ecommerce hosting, payment processing, and delivery.

Independent services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Using service providers does not remove our obligations as the seller.

Our website may also contain links to independent websites. We do not control their content or practices and are not responsible for them to the extent permitted by law.

17. Website Availability and Warranties

Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any statement about website availability does not exclude product warranties, obligations concerning product descriptions, or other rights that apply by law.

An additional product warranty, if offered, will be described with the relevant product and will supplement mandatory consumer rights.

18. Liability

Each party remains responsible for losses for which it is legally liable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase agreement was made or that arise from commercial use inconsistent with a product’s stated purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, and similar events may affect fulfillment.

If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, reduce the impact, and explain the available options.

These events do not automatically remove cancellation, replacement, or refund rights available under applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms and purchase agreements are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, where our operating company is registered.

This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under applicable United States federal or state law.

Please contact us if a dispute arises so we can attempt to resolve it. Contacting us is not a condition preventing you from using a payment dispute process, contacting a regulator, or pursuing a legal remedy.

Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class action rights.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively. Unless you expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires it, revised Terms do not change the terms governing an order already accepted.

22. Severability and Agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, the information presented with your order, and the policies expressly incorporated into your purchase form the agreement governing that purchase. They do not exclude binding representations or mandatory rights.

If a general provision conflicts with a specific promise expressly made for an accepted order, the specific promise applies, subject to mandatory law.
